Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the booking and participation in online instructor-led training sessions offered by Analytics Today Ltd. (“the Company”). By booking a training session, you (“the Participant”) agree to these T&Cs.

1. Booking and Payment Terms

1.1 Booking Confirmation

• Your booking is confirmed upon successful payment of the training fee via credit card.

1.2 Payment Policy

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Accepted payment methods include all major credit cards.

• No partial payments or reservations will be accepted without prior agreement with the Company.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

2.1 Cancellation by the Participant

• Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled training date will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 14 days of the training date are non-refundable.

2.2 Cancellation by the Company

• The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the training session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor unavailability, technical issues).

• In the event of cancellation, Participants will be offered either:

• A full refund, or

• An alternative training date of their choice.

3. Rescheduling and Substitutions

3.1 Rescheduling by the Participant

• Participants may reschedule their booking to a future session at no additional cost if requested at least 14 days prior to the training date.

• Rescheduling requests made within 14 days of the training date will incur a $50 administrative fee.

3.2 Participant Substitutions

• Participant substitutions are allowed up to 48 hours before the training session.

• The Participant must provide written notice to the Company with the substitute’s name and contact information.

4. Attendance and Participation

4.1 Access to Training

• Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet the following technical requirements:

• A stable internet connection.

• A device with audio and video capabilities (e.g., a computer, laptop, or tablet).

• Required software or tools, as specified in the course details.

4.2 Timeliness

• Participants must log in at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.

4.3 Non-Attendance

• No refunds or credits will be issued for non-attendance unless previously agreed with the Company.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership of Materials

• All training materials provided during the session are the exclusive property of Analytics Today Ltd.

• Materials are for individual use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without the Company’s written permission.

5.2 Session Recordings

• Participants are strictly prohibited from recording, saving, reproducing, or distributing any portion of the live training sessions without prior written consent from Analytics Today Ltd.

• Unauthorized recording or distribution of the training sessions will result in immediate removal from the course without a refund and may result in legal action.

6. Code of Conduct

6.1 Professional Behavior

• Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner.

• The Company reserves the right to remove any Participant displaying disruptive or inappropriate behavior without a refund.

7. Technical Issues

7.1 Participant Responsibility

• Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet all technical requirements to access the training.

• The Company is not liable for issues caused by the Participant’s equipment or internet connection.

7.2 Company Responsibility

• If a session is disrupted due to technical issues on the Company’s side, a rescheduled session or appropriate compensation will be offered at no additional cost.

8. Privacy Policy

• The Company will collect and store personal information provided during booking (e.g., name, email, payment details) solely for the purpose of delivering the training and issuing receipts.

• The Company will not share your personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

• The Company shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the training.

• The Company’s total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount paid for the training session.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
